& date… Joel Nicole Richie Madden wedding set

A wee OC based wedding planning zoo, ... Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have apparently set a wedding reign! And it’s only two weeks away! TMZ is reporting that the parents-to-be will be marred in Laguna Beach on October 13th.
